At Positive Agency, we led the end-to-end creation of NegOcean, a tech startup in the construction industry. From the initial idea to full software development, we started from a real need: digitizing commercial processes in Peru’s construction sector.
We researched the market, spoke with key stakeholders, and validated the model with early adopters. We developed the visual identity, the brand system, and the brand book. We designed a bold, intuitive UX/UI and built a functional, modern technology platform that’s ready to scale.
